I release Art-A- Fair, Inc. and all representatives of all liability and responsibility for damages including but not limited to loss suffered before, during and after the festival or as result of display of my work, equipment and materials. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. I hereby certify and represent that the work I submit for exhibition and for sale at Art-A-Fair, Inc. is of my original creation and has no degree of AI (Artificial Intelligence) Generated Art applied. I have not violated any state or federal copyright laws, nor the privacy or other legal rights of any other person/entity in the creation of my work. For further clarification see CA Civil Code, Section 3344. I attest that I am 18 years of age or older. I further attest that I am not a professional artist representative and that the art presented is my own original artistic production.

Please be advised that entries are not accepted as viable until the $45.00 jury fee (per medium) is received unless you are a current returning artist. Incomplete entries and entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Note: If You're a Returning Laguna Art-A-Fair Artist from 2023 and Applying for a New Medium, Your Application is at No Charge. Thank you for your application and no further action is necessary.
