DIGITAL SUBMISSIONS - 2 Easy Steps

Please upload three different images of your artwork with the following specifications: (exception: 3-dimensional artists may submit three images per each work). File size must be between 300KB and 2MB JPEG image quality should be 10 or higher Suggested dimension should be 1,000px on largest side Images should be .jpeg or .jpg or .png
File Naming is as shown below
Please name your files: LastName1, LastName2, LastName3.
Artists must submit only original work of their own design and execution.
All media may be submitted for jurying.
Artists may jury with more than one medium.
Three different images of your Artwork are required of each medium submitted for jurying.(For 3-dimensional work, the artist may submit three images per work.
Applicants/Exhibitors must be 18 years or older. No commercial agents, dealers or manufacturers may enter.
Submission deadline: February 5, 2025
FEES
A non-refundable jury fee of $45 per medium (3 digital images) is required for each medium. Artists with 3-dimensional work may submit up to three images per work.
JURYING
A jury entry will be judged for eligibility based upon quality and originality. Anonymity is maintained during the jury process. The jury consists of professional fine artists. The jury members judge submissions based on look for excellence in conception, creativity, execution, presentation, and technical competence. An appropriate balance for the entire show is considered when determining the number of artists invited in each medium. All decisions regarding the selection process are made by Art-A-Fair, Inc. All such decisions are final.
NOTIFICATION
All submitting artists will receive an acceptance/non acceptance VIA EMAIL within two weeks of jurying.
