Iris Adam
Laguna Woods, CA
About Iris Adam I like colorful things in nature found in various places such as in clothes, furnishings, friends, events, and especially in paintings. So, most of my paintings are, well..... colorful. Some are created in my studio, some are created directly from nature "en plein aire", some are created from my wild imagination (usually interpreted as creativity). I hope to share with you my interpretation of the "Colors Of Life"! Iris Adam has traveled extensively and put her travels in many paintings. She has taught art for Saddleback College, Heritage fine Arts, and for various art organizations. She holds a lifetime teaching certification from UCLA. She has made her home in Laguna Beach, California for most of her life and served many years in the position of Art Commissioner for the City of Laguna Beach. She is a continuing exhibiting artist each summer in Art-A-Fair Festival. She enjoys sharing her unique artwork and her special teaching talents each year at the festival buy giving demonstrations and conducting workshops. |
