Enjoy fine art and master crafts by Art-A-Fair’s 125 international, national and local artists, along with art workshops that will enrich aspiring and established artists and live music that will both rock and relax.

Art-A-Fair’s workshops, taught by its juried artists, are priced for a very reasonable fee of $30 for two hours and $45 for four hours to encourage students to discover their inner artist. Classes are limited to six students each (16 years and older) and sessions are offered from 10:30am-12:30pm and 1pm-3pm. Call 949.494.4515 to register.

On Friday, Art-A-Fair artist, KC Horng, will teach a Chinese Brush Painting workshop, incorporating rhythm and beauty brush techniques, ink and ink cake, and Chinese papers, rice paper and silk. Saturday’s workshop is Watercolor on Yupo, a “go with the flow,” unpredictable, non-absorbent surface that adds excitement to the medium. Sunday’s Collage class is always popular, taught by long time Art-A-Fair exhibitor Agnes Copeland, who imparts her use of color, composition and whimsy.

Art-A-Fair jewelry artist, Bob Johnson, will step out of his booth and on to the stage Friday evening with his guitar as he entertains with pop and rock. Head to the dance floor or sit and relax – either way, you’ll groove to his music! On Saturday from noon – 3pm, Sway will take you country with their original music, followed by an evening of blues with Satin Blues. Then on Sunday, Norwegian born Ann-Marita will bring a different vibe to country music, sharing her unique passion for this genre.
